No more Golden Grahams!

Today Reuben went to Manchester Children's Hospital to have his cast seen to. Originally it was going to be taken off but after being adjusted they have decided that it is to stay on until it gets replaced. They've made it wider at the top where it was tight and found that he had lots of Golden Grahams down the front which were causing him discomfort as they were sticking in and they're sharp! They've all been removed and he's much better now!
He's having the cast replaced on the 27th September in the afternoon but we are to go in the morning so he can have x-rays and a nice leisurely bath and time without his cast on for a while before he goes back to theatre. He's first on the list because he's the youngest so we should be home for evening time.
He'll be wearing a bib in future when he eats dried cereal!
If anyone else is heading towards Hathersage Road by the hospitals there are major disruptions due to roadworks, so give yourself lots of extra time.

Here's a photo from our recent break to Bath at the Roman Baths enjoying being carried by Daddy!
